Episode #1 – Factory Farm Investigations

This episode exposes the cruelties routinely inflicted on animals by the American meat industry. Host Kenneth G. Williams takes viewers on a harrowing journey into the wretched world of pig farms, broiler chicken operations and beef production facilities. These investigations give a face to the over 10 billion land animals that are killed for food every year in the United States.

Episode #2 – Factory Farm Investigations

Kenneth G. Williams continues to expose animal exploitation on modern factory farms. With the development of industrialized animal agriculture over the last 50 years, animal welfare has been systematically eliminated to increase production and profits. This episode reveals the horrendous conditions that animals raised for food are forced to endure every day of their short and miserable lives. Investigations uncover the constant suffering of egg laying hens in battery cage systems, widespread sickness and disease on pig farms and brutal handling of animals at livestock auctions.

Episode #3 – Factory Farm Investigations

The owners of modern farms never willingly release images or videos of their farms to the public. In fact, they deliberately obscure the horrors of mechanized animal agriculture by portraying idyllic barnyard farms on commercials and putting smiling cartoon animals on packaging for meat, dairy and eggs. This episode exposes the actual conditions that exist on intensive animal feeding operations with investigations of pig farms and broiler chicken operations. It also tells the sad story of what happens to "downer" cows in the dairy industry.

Episode #4 – Factory Farm Investigations

In this episode, Kenneth G. Williams shows the cruelty of modern farms and explains his reasons for choosing a vegan diet. Go behind the scenes of the animal agriculture industry and learn how ducks, pigs, cows, chickens and egg-laying hens are really treated on modern factory farms in the U.S. Only when investigators go undercover to capture video footage does the public get a rare glimpse inside modern factory farms.

Episode #5 – Animals in Experimentation

This episode exposes the brutality of primate experimentation that takes place in research laboratories across the U.S. using taxpayer's money. These recent investigations show the substandard conditions of primate research facilities at Columbia University in New York and the Oregon Regional Primate Research Center . Also included is an older investigation into SEMA, a federally-funded laboratory in Silver Spring, MD where chimpanzees spend their entire lives in solitary confinement.

Episode #6 - Circuses

Most people who take their families to the circus aren't aware of the suffering that animals endure behind the scenes of the Big Top. This episode reveals the violence routinely used by trainers to control animals and force them to perform. It also shows how these wild animals spend the majority of their time – in small cages, temporary pens and heavy chains that keep them immobile and unable to engage in their most basic natural behaviors. This video also documents animals trying to escape from their imprisonment, and shows how others are driven insane by the boredom and deprivation of life on the road in traveling circuses.

Episode #7 – Fur Farms

Guest Host Rahn Fudge gives viewers an inside look at the mistreatment of animals on fur farms around the world. The first two videos show fur industry operations in Asia, where over 80% of the fur purchased in the U.S. comes from and laws to ensure humane treatment of animals don't exist. After an investigation of a large South Korean fur farm, we see a very graphic undercover video from China in which the animals are literally skinned alive. The final investigation shows that conditions on fur farms in the U.S. are just as horrific.

Episode #8 – Fur Trapping

Undercover TV presents the provocative award-winning documentary "Cull of the Wild." Every year in the U.S. , commercial hunters trap and kill over 4 million animals for the fur trade. Millions of "non-target" animals – including endangered wildlife and beloved companion animals – are also killed in the traps. Through interviews with wildlife biologists, veterinarians, and other experts , "Cull of the Wild" examines the history of trapping and shows the impact it has on animals and the environment.

Episode #9 – Animal Exploitation Around the World

This episode takes viewers to different parts of the world to show the mistreatment of animals in many different countries. The story begins in India, where historically revered cows are today taken on long death marches to slaughterhouses where their skin is processed for leather and sold to wealthy Western nations. Next, we visit the public markets of China, where dogs and cats are crowded into small cages before being killed and eaten by humans. Finally, we visit a typical egg farm in the U.S. that cages hens so tightly they can't even spread their wings.

Episode #10 - Animal Experimentation

This investigation of Covance, a contract testing company in Germany, reveals their shocking abuse of animals used in pharmaceutical research. Staff at this facility roughly handle the animal subjects, shouting at them and forcing them to "dance" for their own amusement. When not being experimented on, these animals are imprisoned in barren metal cages, causing many of them to exhibit signs of severe mental disturbance like compulsive and repetitive behaviors. This episode also includes an investigation of a laboratory in the U.S. that tests consumer products on animals.

Episode #11 – Poultry Investigations

Most people picture ducks and geese as living on a pond or flying freely, but this is not the case for birds raised on factory farms. This episode begins with an investigation of foie gras farms, where geese are mechanically force-fed so much mashed grain that their livers swell to about ten times their natural size. These diseased organs are then sold as foie gras, a gourmet item that only the very wealthy can afford to eat. This video investigation was instrumental in the passage of a law banning the sale and production of foie gras in California starting in 2012. The other investigations document practices that are, tragically, still legal in the U.S. These videos show ducks being raised for meat in large sheds without access to water and intensively-confined chickens being thrown around by workers and then slaughtered while fully conscious.
